What
happened on the blog this week?

wait to read more books by Heather Demetrios .
Tuesday: Top 10 Tuesday: Books I'll Probably Never Read
Wednesday: Waiting

This week talked about Nowhere
But Here by Katie Mcgarry, coming out May 26th.
Thursday: The Burrito Bowl Book Tag
I love book tags and I’m glad I
got to do this one. I also tagged some people, so go check it out. Maybe I tagged you! And if you haven't been tagged by anyone, do it anyways because it's loads of fun!
Friday: Feature and Follow #1
This was my first week participating in Feature and Follow. I’m looking forward to doing it again next
week.
What
new books did I get this week?
I
only bought one book this week. It’s a book I’ve been waiting forever for and I’M SO EXCITED
A Court
of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas:
OHMYGOSH. I’m so excited to finally read this! Sarah J. Maas is one of my favorite authors
and I have heard so many amazing things about this book. I think I might have to read this next!
What
books did I read this week?
I read
two books this week, which I’m pretty proud of because I’ve wanted to read both
of them for quite a while and enjoyed them a lot.
The 5th
Wave by Rick Yancy
This was
a book that I’d wanted to read for a really long time. I’m so glad that I finally read it! The beginning was a bit slow, but it really
started picking up about halfway through.
I fell in love with these characters and I want the second book so bad.
Maybe
Someday by Coleen Hoover
I
finally read a Coleen Hoover book!!!! AND IT WAS PHENOMINAL. Everything about this book was so good. I’m so excited to have discovered Coleen
Hoover and I know that I will read and love many more of her books in the future.
I hope I get to read The Fifth Wave soon. I just order ACOTAR yesterday. I cannot wait to get it!
ReplyDeleteExciting!! The Fifth Wave was so good, but I really don't want to have to wait for the US paperback to come out. (i want my editions to match)
DeleteCan't wait to read ACOTAR, either! Hope we love it!
You need to read The Infinite sea now it's so much better than the first and I loved the first. Check out my review on my blog it gives me so much feels. I don't want to read ACOTAR am scared cause of all the hype.

Yeah, I'm really excited to read The Infinite Sea! I'll check out your review.
DeleteSarah J. Maas is one of my favorite authors, so It's a bit nerve wracking for me too. It's always scary when one of my favorite authors comes out with a new series because I am afraid I won't love it as much.
I have yet to read a Colleen Hoover book! I heard she's got devastating plot twists that leave hearts broken- is it true?
ReplyDeleteThe 5th Wave is such a good book! I can't wait for the movie. I recently got a copy of ACOTAR and can't wait to start reading. Happy reading! :)
ReplyDeleteKrystianna @ Downright Dystopian
I had a good week - not a huge reading week quantity-wise but I read a couple of books I really loved!
ReplyDeleteAhh I hope you enjoy ACOTAR. It's my favourite book of the year so far! :)
ReplyDeleteI wish I'd done the Top 10 last week, sounded like a lot of fun! And I loved ACOTAR! Hope you enjoy it as well!
