I
can’t believe June is over already. That’s
absolutely insane.
But
that also means that I have 50,000 books I wanted to read this summer and only
two month left to read them.
As
this goes up, I’ll be on vacation which is really exciting. We always have a
blast and it’s been a long year.
So,
that also means, vacation TBR! I have
more books that I’ll probably actually read set aside to pack. But, oh well.
How many books did I read?
How
do my ratings look this month?
I
read so many amazing books that I’ve wanted to read for a long time.
I read 4 five stars books which is amazing. It always makes me happy to find new favorites!

I also got my first book from Netgalley. I did enjoy it - really cool concept and really awesome world. It's been a while since i've read anything Sci-Fi, so it was really nice. Inherit The Stars by Tessa Elwood comes out December 8th, so until then, you can check it out on Netgalley. Review will probably be posted on Goodreads sometime soon, but blog review closer to release date.
This month was also, apparently, the month of Sarah J. Maas. So much love for the Throne of Glass series and I can't wait for Queen of Shadows!

So,
how is my Goodreads goal doing? Really
great!
I’m so happy that I was able
to catch up on my goal this month! Now,
I’ll be able to keep up and hopefully even get ahead some.
July/vacation TBR
I
didn’t make a June TBR. So, no negative
news to report there. I did finally read and
review Vanishing Girls, though, which had been on my May TBR. Success!
Here
are the books I’m hoping to read on vacation:
Amy and Roger’s Epic Detour by Morgan Matson – Paper Towns by John Green (reread) – Legend by Marie Lu – Rebel Belle by Rachel Hawkins – I’ll Meet You There by Heather Demetrious – Kissing in America by Margo Raab – Open Road Summer by Emery Lord
I
don’t know if I’ll get around to all of them, but I’m going to give it my best
effort.
As
for the rest of the month, I’d really like to read Cress by Marissa Meyer and
ACOTAR by Sarah J. Maas. (also, still
the Winners Crime) Really, anything by
SJM. Maybe I’ll have to take it on
vacation with me.
Olivia
Wow you had such a successful reading month Olivia! Lots of great books. I am trying to finish Legend this month as well.

ReplyDeleteI'm terrible about packing books for vacation. I always bring about 15 too many because I'm scared of running out. My Kindle has saved me a bit more recently though. Hopefully you get lots of reading done and have a great vacation!
